The purpose of Team Greyhound is to provide Greyhound Ownership opportunities for individuals, while cutting out as much of the risk factor as possible. We are looking for people who enjoy the sport of Greyhound Racing. Who want to be involved in it, to own greyhounds, watch them grow, watch their greyhounds race, and make some money along the way.
Having been in the greyhound business for over 20 years as Greyhound Owner, Greyhound Breeder, and Racing Greyhound Kennel Operator. During this time I have learned what it takes to breed, raise, and train a quality racing greyhound. Many of these things I have learned the hard way, through mistakes on my part and through deception and deceit on the part of others. I put this program together specifically to eliminate the loopholes and scams, and ensure that every person who buys a greyhound through Team Greyhound gets a dog that makes it to the track.
It seems every week now I see another greyhound website go up, someone else trying to sell greyhound dogs, or greyhound puppies, or put together groups of investors to go out to the NGA auction and buy racing greyhounds. There is one simple key to why to choose Team Greyhound. RESULTS. We get them. Why? Two reasons, our experience, and our multi tiered program. No other individual or group can match us in those critical areas, most of the new groups don't even have greyhound kennels at racetracks. How are you going to race your dog? Who are you going to race it with? Most that do, may have one racing greyhound kennel at a top end track, the fact of the matter, is that on the average only one of four or five greyhounds can run at a top end track, so what happens if yours is one of the other 3? I'll tell you, the top kennel has no more use for it, and shuffles you and your dog off to someone else, someone who doesn't have a computer, so can't respond to emails, someone who doesn't have a phone, who will give you no information about your greyhound. That's not how it works at Team Greyhound. Team Greyhound is not just a place to buy greyhound puppies, far from it, the true purpose of Team Greyhound is to to be a 100% full service program, taking care of your greyhound every step of its life. From the greyhounds breeding, to the whelping, to raising, greyhound training, greyhound racing, to the eventual adoption or breeding of your retired greyhound. We have our own greyhound racing kennels at each level of competition, and we will find the right one for your greyhound, and regardless of which end of the spectrum it may be at, it will be in the best hands in the business.
